Recently completed by Ridgeway Oak, this extension provides the large family room that the cottage lacks. It is built under protected trees, using pad foundations.
This was an 'emergency' Listed Building application. The oak frame is now stabilised, and covered with cork-lime plaster which looks magnificent and insulates, damp-proofs and draught-proofs the walls.
A hideous 1970's suburban villa transformed intop a spectacular private home, with an independent annexe for the client's parents.
